What counts as petite?

Petite refers to height, not body size. Top Shelf is for women 5'4" and under, across all body types. Filters let you browse by body shape and fit, including curvy, athletic and pear-shaped.

How do I know if a piece will fit me?

You can't know for sure until you try something on, but every listing includes detailed measurements, sizing and photos of the item on the previous owner, so you can compare the fit to your own body.

How does Top Shelf make money?

Listing is free. We charge a 12.5% commission per sale, paid by the buyer at checkout, which covers payment processing, platform costs and growing the community. The price you set is the amount you earn.

How is shipping handled?

Sellers ship directly to buyers and set their own shipping price when they create a listing.

Is it safe to buy and sell?

Yes. Checkout is secure, and buyers and sellers are both covered by our protections.

Can I return an item?

Because items are secondhand and sold by individuals, returns usually aren't accepted unless an item arrives significantly different from its description. If something goes wrong with an order, email within 7 days of delivery and we'll help sort it out. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
